Mentorship
Our leadership team enjoys walking alongside our participants to provide the necessary tools to see individuals in recovery in their Next Steps to Thriving. By regularly meeting one-on-one with our members, we do our best to cultivate an environment that supports freedom, healing and success. We encourage individuals in our program to define what success in recovery would look like for them and break down their broad goals into smaller, attainable, measurable goals. Once specific goals are met, we offer incentives such as gift cards to recognize our participant's hard work.

Our mentorship program is Christ-centered and although we encourage individuals to have a personal relationship with Jesus, it is not a requirement. We accept people where they are and purposefully choose to recognize the gifts and callings that God has placed inside them.
In our experience we have noticed a connection between people's inability to either make or maintain progress and unresolved painful experiences. By dealing with the root of the problem instead of just addressing the symptom, we have seen members of our group experience lasting transformation.
