Colleen West serves as the Board Secretary for One More Colorado, bringing a wealth of leadership experience and a deep commitment to community restoration. Before moving to Colorado, Colleen owned and operated a successful salon in Washington State for nearly 40 years, where she managed all business operations, finances, and client relations. For the past decade, she has served as a Care Manager with HomeWell Care Services, specializing in senior home care and navigating complex software and administrative systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.  She had the honor of volunteering with recovery homes in Washington State for a period of 4+ years. she is proud to have earned her Addiction Counselor Certification. 

With a heart for those impacted by addiction and the justice system, Colleen’s dedication is rooted in personal experience and her faith. Having walked alongside three family members through heroin addiction, she has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of God’s healing in overcoming trauma. Her extensive background in ministry includes two missions to Africa, leading worship, leading Bible studies, and prayer groups, and over 20 years with NIKO (a YWAM mission), where she led wilderness experiences focused on identity, leadership, and teamwork. Colleen is passionate about helping individuals break free from bondage, understand their true identity in Christ, and realize that God has a purposeful plan for their lives.
